Oh I want one. I am so terrible at making cookies, I just never seem to make them and recently my nephews and nieces have been asking me to do so, so I may just have to take a cue from you.
ReplyDeleteThey are pretty easy and if you have more than one cookie sheet you can get them all baked pretty quickly. The only problem was, I couldn't stop eating them. :)
DeleteThese are amazing! The best vegan recipe I've tried! Love the hint of coconut in them.
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad you liked them! I felt the same way and that is why I just had to share the recipe.

ReplyDeleteIf you are not strict vegan use regular chocolate chips
DeleteYou can find vegan chicolate chips on Amazon; or I've also found vegan chocolate bars and just cut them up for a vegan chocolate chunk cookie.
DeleteCan I use vegetable oil instead of coconut?
ReplyDeleteIf a recipe is too long and complex, I don’t even bother attempting.

ReplyDeleteThese were so amazing! I am currently making them for the second time! They are so gooey moist and soft! Add a fourth a cup marshemellows
